Due to inclement weather, the 9 a.m. service for Sunday, Jan. 20 has been cancelled. We will have one morning service at 10:45 a.m. as road conditions improve.

The Bible describes God as a holy God who judges sin

It also provides details on various judgments that will occur in the last days. But Christians sometimes find the various judgments confusing: Who exactly will be judged? When, where, and on what basis?

Join us as we take a closer look at these questions! Our 1-day Prophecy Up Close conference, Standing Before God, will walk through all the major end-times judgments, emphasizing our need to pursue practical, everyday holiness in light of the coming day when each of us will stand before God.

SESSIONS

1

Standing Before a Holy God

This foundational session answers the question, “Why should we understand God as a God of wrath and judgment?” It clarifies how the reality of end-times judgment is rooted in the unchanging character of God.

2

The Tribulation Judgments

The Bible describes several judgments that will take place during the Tribulation, including: (1) the Tribulation itself as a judgment on Israel and the nations; (2) the judgment of the Antichrist and his armies at the Second Coming; and (3) the Sheep and Goats Judgment after the Second Coming. This session will provide explanations of all these Tribulation-era judgments.

3

The Judgment Seat of Christ

In 1 Corinthians 3:10–17 and 2 Corinthians 5:6–10, Paul discusses the future judgment of Christians at the Judgment Seat of Christ (also known as the Bema). This session will address the major questions that Christians typically raise about this phase of divine judgment.

4

The Final Judgments

The book of Revelation teaches about a final sequence of judgments after the Millennial Kingdom, before the Eternal State begins. These judgments include: (1) the ultimate judgment of Satan and his angels; and (2) the judgment of all unsaved humans throughout the ages (known as the Great White Throne Judgment). This session will explore the Bible’s descriptions of these final judgments, demonstrating just how seriously God takes the issues of holiness and sin.

5
