Prayer partnership

Biblical

1. Believers are commanded to pray.
"men ought always to pray." (Luke 18:1)
2. God has promised to answer when we pray.
"Call unto me and I will answer..." (Jer. 33:3)

Relational

1. Prayer brings the heart of God's people together.
(Matt. 18:19)
2. We are commanded to pray for one another.
"pray for one another..." (James 5:77)

Intentional

1. Prayer partners pray with passion.
"effectual, fervent prayer yields much"
(James 5:17)
2. Prayer partners pray for specific needs
(Phil. 4:7)

Why does prayer matter?

The harvest is ready

We are asking others to join with others as we seek to share the gospel with the lost. (Matt. 9:37-38)

The Holy Spirit's Power is needed

Prayer for the Holy Spirit to fill and use us is essential in order to fulfill the Great Commission and glorify
God. (Acts 1:8)

How can I be part of the Initiative?

Prayer partners will receive regular correspondence from our leadership team including specific prayer concerns and answers to prayer.
Join with us as we pray:
• for lost men, women, boys, and girls who need to hear the Gospel.
• for God's wisdom, direction, and strength for the leadership team.
• for open doors of opportunity to minister to a community in need.
• for God to raise up volunteers who will help carry on the work that He has called us to do.
"Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need." Hebrews 4:16
