After the great response to the first EQUIP training block, we want to make these practical training opportunities available to even more of our church family. When the next training block begins on October 18, EQUIP will take the place of the regular Sunday evening worship service LMBC on the weeks it meets. This means you won’t have to choose between attending the evening service and participating in EQUIP; we’ll all learn and grow together!
 
Please make plans to attend Training Block #2, which covers important topics:

October 25: “Dealing With Difficult People” Matt McClay
November 1: “Answering Difficult Questions” Jeremy Shaffer
 
Registration is encouraged, but not required to attend. If you currently serve in an LMBC ministry, or are interested in serving, we especially encourage you to register. This helps us prepare adequate materials and seating, and allows us to provide you with session notes, resources from previous sessions, and additional training materials.
 
If you normally attend our Sunday evening service, come as usual! You are welcome at EQUIP whether you’ve registered or not.
 
Our goal is simple: to equip more of our church family to grow, serve, and lead.
